Terms of Service
Last updated: September 8, 2026
1. What MIRA is
MIRA is a routing and forwarding tool: it generates a temporary email identity, sends your message through it, and forwards any reply back to you. That's the entire service.
2. Your responsibility
You're solely responsible for the content of any message you send through MIRA, and for making sure it complies with the law that applies to you. We don't review, approve, or endorse message content — with one narrow exception: a small set of automated checks run on every message before it's sent, and refuse outright on a match, for a short list of known-bad patterns (direct threats, extortion/coercion attempts, phishing language, impersonation of banks/government/major companies, and content matching a Social Security or card-number pattern). Nothing outside that short list is reviewed, and nothing flagged is stored — it's simply refused.
3. Age restriction
MIRA is intended for users who are 18 years of age or older. By using the service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
4. Prohibited uses
Don't use MIRA for harassment, threats, doxxing, illegal content, impersonating a protected organization or authority, or spam/bulk messaging. Doing so may result in your temporary identity — or your account, if you're a paid customer — being frozen or blocked, and forfeiture of any remaining credit balance, at our discretion and without refund.
5. No warranty
MIRA is provided as-is. We don't guarantee message delivery, inbox placement, or uptime. And we don't claim MIRA is "anonymous" or "untraceable" — our only promise is that your real email address isn't disclosed to the recipient under normal use. Two narrow, deliberate exceptions to that exist; see our Unmask Policy for exactly what they are.
6. Limitation of liability
MIRA and its operator are not liable for how you choose to use the service, for the content of your messages, or for any consequence arising from your own misuse of it. We provide the recipient-facing report/block tools and the safeguards in our Unmask Policy as real, working protections — not as a substitute for your own judgment about what you send and to whom.
7. Suspension, credits, and changes
We may suspend or terminate your access at any time. We may add or change credit terms at any time. We may update these Terms at any time — the version posted here is always the one in effect.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute arising from your use of MIRA is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Philippines.
